I never planned to write this book. I was going to write a “serious” leadership book — with research, models, Harvard references, charts and bullet points. Then my son was born.

It took me ten minutes to realize he was the most authentic being I had ever met. And about three hours to realize I was now his employee.

The B.A.B.Y. Model:
